使用过MT工具箱gfwlist模式基本上都知道，无法连接telegram，我去论坛翻了下，找到一个方法，重启路由器也不会影响访问。

修改/etc/misstar/applications/ss/script/ss
在 start_ss_rules_gfwlist函数中加入
ipset add gfwlist 91.108.4.0/22
ipset add gfwlist 91.108.56.0/22
ipset add gfwlist 149.154.160.0/20
ipset add gfwlist 149.154.164.0/22
路由器重启也能自动生效
