harbor登录报错：unauthorized: authentication required

账号密码网页端都能登录，控制台登录报错。

检查harbor配置文件：harbor.yml

**查看：external_url: https://harbor.xiaocaicai.com 这个配置是否正确配置。**

配置完成后，重新构建配置

重启harbor服务
