我已经解决了，并且安装上了Big Sur之后才来回复方法很简单，首先使用安全模式进入系统（https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201262），在登录的时候右上角显示“安全模式”就是成功了。再去设置里检查系统更新，等大概半分钟就出现Big Sur了，之后就可以正常安装了。Big Sur更新时长挺久的，大家耐心等待就好了。
