大家好！我的问题发生在最近，我的macbookpro（2014年中版本）开机不一会儿就自动关机，但使用安全模式登录就没事。我根据apple官网的提示，取消了所有启动项还是不能解决。我装了两个系统，使用另一个系统时也不会出现自动关机的问题。我在出现问题后用安全模式将系统升级到最新版本，将其他软件也升级到最新版本了，但还是没用。自动关机后会出现持续一小段时间的黑屏、风扇转动的现象。不知道其他人有没有遇到过类似的问题，对了，我在两三个月前换过一次硅脂了。

如果安全登录后没有出现该问题，说明是有你安装的第三方 app 在启动或者登录后，自动运行了，但是出于某种未知原因，它执行了关机操作或者造成了系统崩溃.一般的排查来说，可以运行下面三行命令，把输出贴上来，看看是不是类似的问题，以及某些可疑的地方：ls -la /Library/LaunchDaemons /Library/LaunchAgents ~/Library/LaunchAgentssudo defaults read com.apple.loginwindow LoginHooksudo defaults read com.apple.loginwindow LogoutHook

第一次看到这个描述 我还以为是机身过热 自动关机既然您更换了硅脂 那这个物理性问题导致关机,大概可以被排除了您使用另一个系统启动Mac您听听风扇声音正常吗?如果疯狂作响,则可能还是机身散热有问题,温度过高.

这个安装的 app 还真不少？排查下是不是都用得到，不用的卸载吧尤其那些比较旧的，很有可能与新系统不兼容，比如：teamviewerparagonJava-UpdateranyconnectbabylonAdobevirtualboxwiresharkcom.qq.jiasupaceap.eden.licensedDAEMONToolsbaidu.netdiskmac.com.apple.aelwriterapple.installer.osmessagetracingmacromates.auth_server这些不了解： com.ea.origin | com.nchsoftware.keyblaze | com.valvesoftware.steamclean | ws.agile.1PasswordAgent所有上面这些，都考虑下是否有用，没用的就删除

可能我有洁癖也可能是我应用环境简单用的 app 少，看到那么多，头疼眼晕，恨不得把它们都删掉

兄弟，你这个和我遇到的问题一模一样，你解决了吗？应该不是过热问题，安全模式时风扇呼呼的，温度更高也没关机。你关机然后再开机，立即按“D”，做硬件检测看看，我的报电池故障，正在换电池。另外检查关机原因：log show --predicate 'eventMessage contains "Previous shutdown cause"' --last 1h如果是负数，很可能是硬件故障，说不定换硅脂时，不小心有异物粘到主板芯片上了
